- Session 5: Deepening Stretches & Hip Openers: Focus on improving flexibility in major muscle groups, with an emphasis on safe and effective hip-opening poses.
- Session 6: Twists & Spinal Health: Learn how to safely incorporate twisting poses to promote spinal mobility and aid in digestion, along with gentle backbends.
- Session 7: Restorative Yoga & Relaxation Techniques: Experience the deeply calming benefits of restorative yoga, using props to support the body in longer-held, passive stretches, followed by guided relaxation.
